GDPR
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Introduction and scope
This GDPR Compliance Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how ourdreamaiporn, located at ourdreamaiporn.me ("Website," "we," "us," "our"), handles personal data of individuals in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK). It describes your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR, and how you can exercise them.
2. Data controller
ourdreamaiporn is the data controller for personal data processed through this Website.
For data protection questions, contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
3. Lawful basis for processing
We process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under GDPR. We rely on:
3.1 Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
We process certain data based on our legitimate interests, which include:
- Keeping the Website secure and technically sound
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Running aggregate analytics to understand how the Website is used
- Maintaining server logs for security and operational troubleshooting
We have balanced these interests against your rights and freedoms. Because we collect minimal data, do not build individual profiles, and do not use data for advertising, our legitimate interests do not override your fundamental rights.
3.2 Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
We may process personal data when required to comply with applicable law, such as responding to lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
3.3 Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Where we use non-essential cookies or analytics technologies, we rely on your explicit consent, obtained through our cookie consent mechanism. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us.
4. Categories of personal data processed
We keep data collection to a minimum. We process only the following categories:
| Category | Examples | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Technical identifiers | IP address (anonymized where possible), device fingerprint | Legitimate interest |
| Connection data | Browser type, operating system, language preference | Legitimate interest |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, access timestamps, referring URL | Consent (analytics) |
| Communication data | Email address and message content (only when you contact us) | Legitimate interest |
We do not process special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, including data about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, genetic or biometric data, health data, or data about sex life or sexual orientation.
5. Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you have the following rights:
5.1 Right of access (Article 15)
You can ask whether we process your personal data and, if we do, request a copy along with information about how it is processed.
5.2 Right to rectification (Article 16)
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete data without undue delay.
5.3 Right to erasure / Right to be forgotten (Article 17)
You can ask us to delete your personal data when:
- The data is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected for
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data has been processed unlawfully
- Erasure is required by law
5.4 Right to restriction of processing (Article 18)
You can ask us to restrict processing when:
- You contest the accuracy of the data, for the time needed to verify it
- The processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction to erasure
- We no longer need the data but you still need it for legal claims
- You have objected to processing and we are verifying whether our legitimate grounds override yours
5.5 Right to data portability (Article 20)
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another controller.
5.6 Right to object (Article 21)
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you do, we will stop processing unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for legal claims.
5.7 Right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Article 22)
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out any such automated decision-making.
5.8 Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew consent.
6. Exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
Please include:
- A clear description of the right you want to exercise
- Enough information for us to verify your identity (we may ask for additional details if needed)
We will respond to valid requests within one (1) month of receipt. For complex requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months and will tell you about the extension and the reasons within the initial one-month period.
We do not charge a fee for legitimate requests. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, as allowed by Article 12(5) GDPR.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:
| Data type | Retention period | Justification |
|---|---|---|
| Server access logs | Up to 90 days | Security and operational needs |
| Analytics data | Up to 26 months | Aggregate trend analysis (anonymized where possible) |
| Communication records | Up to 36 months | Legal record-keeping |
When the retention period ends, we securely delete the data or irreversibly anonymize it.
8. International data transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA to countries that the European Commission has not recognized as providing adequate protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place under Chapter V of the GDPR, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
- Transfer Impact Assessments where required
- Additional technical and organizational measures as appropriate
You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us at the address above.
9. Data protection impact assessments
Because our processing involves minimal personal data, no profiling, no automated decision-making, and no special category data, we have determined that a formal Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is not required under Article 35 GDPR. We will review this if our processing activities change significantly.
10. Data breaches
If a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by Article 33 GDPR
- Notify affected data subjects without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, as required by Article 34 GDPR
- Record the breach, its effects, and the remedial actions taken
11. Supervisory authority
If you believe our processing of your personal data breaches the GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in the EU/EEA Member State where you live, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
A list of EU/EEA supervisory authorities is available at:
https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en
For UK residents, complaints may be directed to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this GDPR Policy from time to time. Material changes will be shown by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Please review this Policy periodically.
